please give suggestion for a laptop for fast net surfing, office work and of course game and multimedia, I do netbanking and on line trading also, budget within 40k

Get a Dell Inspiron 14R/15R. Ebay has good deals on Inspiron 14" laptops this week.

If it is for gaming also then you should look for one with a GPU (would decrease battery life and increase heat generation though).
