CPU/Mobo Suggestion for AMD Motherboard

I want to upgrade to a DDR 3 Motherboard from ASUS M2N-E

I have a Athlon II X 4 620 CPU

I want a very stable motherboard, so would prefer a Full ATX
( Just a gut feeling from past experience that full ATX tend to be more stable)

Will be using with 4GB or 8GB DDR 3 RAM 1600

A single 5770 GPU card

Win7 or Win XP OS

Please recommend a good motherboard-Budget not more then 6-7K

There is another am3+ ATX board from Asus its ASUS M5A97 around 6k or less.
I thought of going for the board but didnt want CF so went for Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 which is mATX and is around 2k less.

ASUS m5A97 is similar to the other models released recently by ASUS.

The only difference is 6+2 Digital power phase.

Asus M4A87TD-M USB3 is also a good option for 5.1k. Its a full ATX mobo, with good oc options, usb3, sata 3, and all but no IGP and good vfm as well.

Of all the recommendations, I think ASUS M5A97 PRO looks best VFM for my requirements
