Thanks razwan for your reply.

Also which GPU brand should i purchase? I mean XFX, Sapphire or other?

Hoping for more reply

- Benq doesn meet the standards and in terms of durability i can alwys vouch for Samsung & Dell. Have used all the three in my animation classes for almost more than yearand benq started giving problems in d first few months itself.
- Sapphire

Here:-

CM 690 Elite @ 4.6k

BenQ G2420HD 24" FULL HD @ 11.3k

Sapphire HD4770 512MB GDDR5 @ 7.4k

or

HD4850 512MB GDDR3 @ 6.6k

At such a price Samsung P2350 is best choice and does not have backlight bleeding.

Benq monitors have poor colour reproduction quality compared to samsung and dell in this range.

I have seen this myself, my friend has one

Strange that the BenQ's around you've failed. There is a BenQ 22" Full HD bought in Feb which is performing great until now. Two of my friends picked up BenQ G2412 24" Full HD (with HDMI port) for 10.3k each a month back. One is extensively used for gaming with the PS3 and the colour reproduction is just great. The other is for general purpose and no complaints yet. I guess the BenQ's around you are just unlucky :p

+1 for BenQ....proud owner of G2220HD, it's simply amazing!

Go for JD4870 512MB @ 9k, nice suggestion...hardly any difference in performance bwtn 512MB and 1GB except in some games like Far Cry 2.

Thanks guys for your replies.

How many years of warranty Sapphire gives on GPU ? Also is sapphire most trusted brand in terms of quality and performance.

In case of cabinet other than Coolermaster which other brand could fit in my bill. How is thermaltake cabinets. Havent seen its cabinets at lamington road. There elements series seems to look impressive. What is your take on this guys??
