PC Peripherals Suggestion needed on PSU

^ I almost forgot that you got a new PSU.sorry for that,actually returned to your thread after a long time.Hmm your problem seems to be critical.It looks like your mobo has failed,but for me it's still to early to blame on that mobo.

Just try this:-plug your power cord directly to the AC socket and check if the CPU fan is moving or not and report back.It might be the UPS too.
 
check the motherboard front panel power lead if connected or not?If not try refer your motherboard manual and connect it properly.sometimes the power switch also fails,so try starting manually by touching a tester on the power pins.
 
Its sure your mobo is the only culprit.

For cross checking, just start ur mobo with new pou but without any ram and notice if you can hear any cmos beeps.

Still your mobo seems dead. & if you are so much short of budget, get the new psu replaced for a new mobo..the shopkeeper wont mind that. :)
 
junk-qwe as this more and more seems to be your motherbaord,can you check for bulging caps or bad capacitors,just try seeing it holding the board horizontally.
