Suggestion req. regarding LCD or LED TV

Hi guys,
I want to buy LCD/LED TV preferably Sony or samsung. I have living room size of 17"x12". I think 37" or 40" would be appropriate. My budget is upto 60-65k.
Please suggest me appropriate..
Also one more query with Wide TV can my current cable provider connection will suffice or will i need to switch to DTH??

I found some prices in grey market:

Sony LCD EX500 40" Rs. 51k

Sony LCD NX500 40" Rs. 55k

No warranty ....

also with proper bill and warranty:

samsung LED C5000 40" + Reliance DTH free: Rs. 67k

PLZZ suggestions req. since i am gonna buy within next 2 days. Thanks....
