Suggestions for a 32" LED LCD TV

Hello guys,
Im looking to change my CRT for a LED.
My budget is around 45K and im looking for a 32".Is it possible to get a Dynamic LED LCD for my budget?hyeah: or for a slightly higher budget?
My other requirements are
-FULL HD
-USB-should supports maximum formats
-Decent speakers
-No brand preference.

There is no local dimming lcd in 32" size.

Get the samsung 32D5000 plays all formats

Yes you do get local dimming in 42",like the now EOL LG 8500.
