Suggestions for a Laptop within 15K - 20K

Hi,

I need your suggestions for a laptop/net-book within 15K. The budget is stretchable upto 20K max. if its absolutely worth it. It should come pre-loaded with Windows (XP or Win 7 preferred) and must be able to run software like Dreamweaver, Photoshop and MS Office comfortably. Other than these, it will mostly be used for web browsing and occasional audio/video playback while on the move. That's why I don't see any point in spending any more than 20K for this.

I did a bit of research myself and zeroed in on the following -
1) Samsung N150
2) Dell Inspiron Mini 10

I really couldn't make up my mind on whether to get a 1GB or 2GB RAM as I'm not sure if its easily upgradable. If there are any other alternatives worth looking at, do let me know.
