PC Peripherals Suggestions for affordable inkjet printer, should be cheap refilling

Hi all,

Looking for a printer that should be:

- Stable - no paper jams at all
- Low cost
- 300 b/w pages, 50 colour pages monthly
- must be possible to refill easily and cost effectively.

Epson Stylus TX121 looks interesting. Is CISS be available for this model ?
Does Canon also provide CISS ?

[Currently am having a new HP 4500 All in One which got replaced by HP after 1.5months of purchase because of rampant paper jams.
Fed up with this model as even the newly replaced printer started giving paper jams. HP guy told me earlier that he will not uphold warranty in future if I use refilled cartridges. Can't imagine buying new cartridges for this printer which is ridiculously expensive and get finished very quick.]

HP 910 : the original cartridges themselves are quite cheap ( < rs1/page)

Cartridge cost is around 350, prints 500+ pages (primarily text though)
