CPU/Mobo Suggestions for motherboard under 3K

I'm trying to find a replacement for my dead Intel P45 775 mobo. Thinking of buying either Asus P5G41TM LX or LX3 for my config below. (sig) Anything better under 3-3.5k is also appreciated. Also, do these motherboards have PCI 2.0 support?
 
Do you want ANY mobo under 3.5k or do you have any particular requirements? If yes please mention.
