31-40k Suggestions for multi-tasking non-gaming laptop under 32K. urgent please!!

What's your Budget?
Under 32K

What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?
Multi-tasking, wordprocessing, heavy spreadsheets, heavy browsing, software development

What size and weight considerations do you have?
15.6" screen size laptop

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?
No preference

Any other considerations?
The main considerations I am looking for are as under:
1. Budget under 32K
2. Any Ci3 3rd Generation
3. Non-OS/DOS/Linux/Ubuntu model.
4. At least 4GB RAM
5. 500 GB HD with DVD
6. Non-gaming/non-dedicated GFX model
7. Min 3 USB slots with at least one USB 3.0
8. Decent build.

Suggestions needed urgently, planning to buy tomorrow. All help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, that seems to be a great deal, but the only problem is I need a non-OS/DOS/Linux model.
 
Does it carry warranty? I mean dell has recently said that they are not responsible for laptops sold on snapdeal.

So have all the laptop manufacturers.

Lenovo website has a notice saying that flipkart snapdeal, infibeam, are not authorized sellers. Its illegal.

That all is bullshit.

Because websites don't sell them. Sellers sell stuff.

One more question : One of the comment says it is imported from USA, don't dell laptops have international warranty?

I can understand why they have come up with such notices, the prices on their own sites are exorbitant. And I am sure consumer court would like to have a word with them.
 
If you buy from Flipkart/Infibeam , your are safe.

Because they are huge corporations selling stuff.

Apart from that , sellers sell on snapdeal,ebay and homeshop18 , so depends on seller rating.

And it is not advisable to buy an imported laptop.
