I wanted some suggestions on a new TV in the price range of ₹25k-30k.
I atleast want 4k and Google tv support.

What size TV are you looking for?

Only major brands like Sony, Samsung etc or willing to go with online brands as well?
 
In that case better wait for the Big Billion Day/Amazon GIF sale soon.

There aren't a lot of choices in your budget, especially from the bigger brands. You'll only get their cheapest models, like this one

If you're willing to go with hisense, then you can get this 50 incher in your budget of you can get card discount/cashback

Samsung and LG don't use android. But you always have the option of getting fire stick to add that feature.
 
Other than Samsung or LG 43" 4K, you can check Vu or Hisense or Redmi 50" 4K or sometimes even 55" 4K is close to 30k on sales.

Biggest sale of the year will likely happen just before Durga Puja, like last year. So your call if you can wait 1 month.

Then decide on your priority on brand value vs display size. Also check if Vu or Hisense or Xiaomi have service centres near your location, if so those will be my pick because of the bigger screen size.
