I need help and suggestions from your side . Please let me know

I am planning to buy a Mobile "Galaxy Nexus GSM/HSPA+", One of my friend is coming from USA so i like to get from there.


Mobile Model and details are below :


Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ - Google Play


Before getting this i have some questions :


1) Is this model is hit or flap


2) Will this mobile work in INDIA (GSM can unlock) Country availability - Google Play Help


3) Is there any issues with this model "Galaxy Nexus GSM/HSPA+" after purchasing

i am using this fone from past two months ... this fone is awesome ... der is no complaint from this fone... even i like this fone better then iphone 4s and other competitor ... its truly amazing fone ... with the latest android upgrade 4.1 jelly bean its been like the most powerfull smartphone i think ....
