Suggestions req for DigiCam for Max $400

Hi Guys

My cousin asked me for the best DCam for $400.

Many know that she is in US.

so no probs if u suggest stuff that is available there as she will be able to get it.

Please suggest a Dcam with
- Gr8 Pic Quality
- Memory card support MMC or Mem Stick
- Continuous Video Rec at 160x , 352x , 640x recording
- Also Voice rec [Optional].
- TV Connectivity for fast viewing
- PC Connectivity.
- Pict Bridge support.

The max budget is $400.

As u all know i aint good at suggesting Dcams.
So it all depends on ur suggestions.

Nikon Coolpix® 5200 - you can get for 399$ or may be less than that.

You can get the Cannonpowershot a95 for 300$ ish and the nikon 7900 7.1 Mp cam for 400. Cannon s60 can also be had for 350$+ ! chk out the sample pics on http://www.steves-digicams.com

Also some sites have s70 for arnd 400$ chk that out too. Although you can never be too careful, so ask your cousin to check out the cams extensively and see if it suits his/her needs.
 
Most of these will be a shade over 400$ but well worth the slight premium. All of them are 5MP, 12X Optical, 640x480 movies, anti shake system. Any of them is good enuf. The minolta is slightly cheaper than the other two i believe.
