Audio Suggestions required on MP4 player

I am planing to get MP4 player . After doing R&D I felt cowon product V5 would be good to go for it . The reason for going to cowon is
1. very userfriendly
2. Best in Audio and Video quality
3. stylish in look
4. Copy & Drag (PC to Device)

Note : Reason for not going to Apple or Zune is I require dedicated S/W in loading data from PC to device :(

Guys please feel free to provide valuable inputs and correct me if I am wrong
 
can cowon products S9 or V5 can be connected to HD media player ?...

If so I can connect V5 - HD MEDIA PLAYER - LCD TV
