Get well Soon Sunny and Funky......

As for Bikenstein,
He had a hip replacement operation due to an accident that occured a few yrs back. The operation was successful and was performed on 12th Nov. He is recovering fast, but after such a major surgery, where the hip is fully reconstructed, the suggested time he has to spend resting...basically bedridden and with too much restrictions is about 3-4 months.
Talked to him last about 6-7 days ago......curse his mobile service provider:bleh:

after so many sick members of te i think TE board needs full time online doctor and i am ready to serve :D

any ways its nice to here maksy has recovered and nikhil is well on recovering path. bikey will be well but he will have to exercise a lot to make his muscles stronger.

wish funky a good recover from flu(i do not get admissions for flu if i would get those flu admissions i would have by now owned that costliest crazy home theatre thingie :P) it must be some thing else (may be enteric fever / pneumonitis)

Well, I wish Bikey also a quick recovery.

@Doc --- I also need to do some majot exercises to make my right leg as useful as it was :P. It has become damn weak after 2 and a half months of NO activity whatsoever.

And I spoke to Sunny. He is feeling much better. He can move around and everything. He is being discharged tomorrow. It is his RIGHT side collar bone which has been injured.

^^^ I have a problem with my right leg too since the last month. Can hardly walk - excruciating muscle pain. :(

^^ bro.. wat happened? :(

Dunno... first a local DOC said it was a Sciatia nerve problem (I had a Sciatia problem last year too) but then I found that even the slightest pressure on any muscle in the right leg from the hip to the ankle would case terrible pain. So it does not seem to be a nerve thingy - no amount of pain killers has stopped the pain even for a minute. On Sunday a good friend who is a Senior doctor from Chicago General Hospital is coming to Mumbai and he said he would check up the problem. His first suspicion is that it possibly is caused by a blood clot. :(

Not really... I am addicted to Cable TV more than my Computer. Nowdays I am max 2 - 4 hours on computer every day.

You can say I am more of a couch potato then a chair potato.
