Guys...is anyone playing this on the XBOX 360? I am struggling to find any indian players:(

Please add me

My XBOX live id is 'arvind799' and 'FanaticCentaur8'. As of now I am ynable to find even a single player for SSFIV or AE in the 360 and this sucks:(

So how different is it from SF IV? I am a hardcore Tekken fan but somehow couldn't get myself to like SF IV. Don't know if it was the 2d graphics or the super arcady classic SF button mashing gameplay. I am waiting for Tekken X Street Fighter, now that would be one hell of a game. Favorites from Tekken and SF battling it out in the Tekken style world.

The Arcade Edition has an additional 4 new characters apart from the updated rooster from Super Street Fighter 4.The gameplay mechanics have been tweaked, characters have been buffed/nerfed.Its just...better than SF4.

LOL, I swear if you would have posted this in a forum with Street Fighter players, you would have been thrashed.Tekken is no where near Street Fighter in terms of gameplay mechanics.SF4 has one of the deepest and most complex mechanics of any fighting game.

All most no discipline required in Tekken.Even a modest SF player would give a better than average Tekken player a hard time just by the fact that he has better discipline when it comes to timings and muscle memory, not to mention mind games.

If you don't believe me, have a look at the general rankings in the fighting game community.Almost every game's top ranked players main in Street Fighter.

Tokido won the Tekken 6 as well as the Blazblue tournament at Shadowloo Showdown 2011, and he's one of the best Akuma players in the world.
Tom Brady, Justin Wong etc are top ranked in Mortal Kombat 9.
Poongko is one of the best King of Fighter players around and hes also the most terrifying Seth players in the world.

I don't mean to flame you, but I just wanted to state out certain facts.Tekken is just funny looking.

You are a hardcore Street Fighter fan, I respect that. Probably one of the reasons for me liking Tekken more than Street Fighter is because its easier? I suck at fighting games and Tekken seems to me like a more pick up and play kind of a game. I was able to beat Tekken with every character whereas I didn't even reach half the story of any of the characters in SFIV. Also, the nostalgic factor associated with Tekken makes me like it more. I know, SF has been there for ages before Tekken and for many it was probably their first fighting game but I started with Tekken 3 at the arcade gaming parlors and never got around to play much of SF, So I am biased towards Tekken.

It's SF style environment not Tekken styled, just an fyi.

edit: My bad, didn't see Tekken x SF!! Assumed SF x Tekken.

Chill mate.... I don't play PC games nowadays so wasn't in touch. The last I read it was supposed to come out in Sept or so I thought:) peace

Its good that the PC version is out.... Atleast now I will get some indian players to play with:)

So anyone tried going online with the AE?

BTW: I hate how they have nerfed the air-tatsu for Akuma & Ryu in the AE edition not allowing them to escape from corners:(

Yes, I hate what they did with SF X Tekken, Tekken x SF should be interesting though.

The benchmark tool is giving me 85fps on average for a 4670 on 1600x900.
This is better than Street fighter 4 which gave me max me 65fps on average. :)

GGT...ARE U ABLE TO PLAY all 39 characters or only 19 characters?

I heard that offline play also restricts saving the game progress in challenge modes
