@aces: Man u really need to get some tution in probability .when u flip a coin there is .50 probability of gettin heads then that doesnt mean u get heads for every 2 flips
Aces170 said:Technically its close to getting 1 head every 2 flips. So taking that unceratainty one meteor should hit earth atleast once in 12 years.
Thats the point aces is trying to make as well, the fact of a meteor hitting the earth every 9 (or 12) years is only to give an idea of how often it would hit on a regular basis to correspond with the percentage you gave.Imagine said:probability doesnt really gaurantee the occurence of the event but only gives an idea of the chance of occurence.
No offence but Technically gettin 1 head every 2 flips is 3/4 , for 3 flips its 7/8 and so on but never reaches one.
What i am tryin to say is that probability doesnt really gaurantee the occurence of the event but only gives an idea of the chance of occurence.
Yes that and more, because according to that theory you might have not even been born, you might have died earlier too, its an endless string.Does that mean for every decision I make, there are infinite clones of me accountable for every micro second right from my conception to my death?
