Laptops Swapping power adapters between Macs?

My wife and I both have 2011 Airs, and I just ordered a Pro 13". The power adapters are of different ratings, I think. They also have different magsafe connectors, but you get an adapter.

With an adapter, will it be safe for me to interchange the power adapters?
 
yes but most probably wattage would be different so charging will be slower with mac air adapter on mac pro.

I have the exact same scenario as you 2 -11"era and 1 13"er with the new and old magsafe connectors and an old to new adapter

It's not Air -> Pro or vice versa
The adapters are for converting old magsafe connector (thin and long with wire on side) to new (fatter with wire perpendicular to centre)
There probably will be something the other way round too - i just have the old ->New as i have 2 of the former
Think I picked it in the UK but should be available locally too
