I had a query from Koolance too. Did not know they were so good :P Will look up their email now.

Its always good if u miss and match the water cooling items from various sources which will provide good kit with a great outlook.
But here is the problem : Not all brands can be collaborated with. I can take only one brand with the best All-In-One's instead of taking 10 items from 10 different brands. The reason i guess is simple enough to understand. I am aware that people who spend on a WC it prefer custom items as per their requirements, but most of the times, this requires a hefty budget (as you are building the best). Pre-Configured kits will be comparatively cheaper, easier to install for guys who want a budget WC and will be easier to obtain.

@antz123 - Yep you are right. 120 means 1 x 120mm rad, 220 means 2 x 120mm Rad. As for the i7 compatibility, i can't find that on their site, but i can see on other forums that the newer kits with the GT and GTZ blocks come with the i7 adapter by default (also i think AM3 supported afaik).

As per this, the best kit as of now would be the H2O-220-Compact. Simple and easy to install for WC n00bs like me :P and from what i saw in a couple of reviews, pretty solid performance for the buck.

they have universal connectors now or out of box solutions for all intels core i7 n i5 too however am not sure of am3... am2 yes for sure

well if u go for dangerden tie up... they have option of mix n match

like ApogeeATZ or heatkiller or EK supreme would be best blocks

if info on parts needed would add more

Thanks for the inputs. Will look into it. But from the outset, DD customized kit WILL be expensive. I don't see many guys going for 15k+ WC kits, most will be happy with a <10-12k good kit, like the 220-Compact. If you can configure something good in DD for <200$, please post here. Will look into it.

There is a new rad just launched by swiftexh with a built in res and pump...u only need to get a good cpu block and it will reduce the number of tubes and fittings. Check for that with swiftech. Is available from next week with 240 and 360 sizes. The perfect WC kit for noobs.

^ gr8 man would be best performance to price ratio

Bugger I never knew you were getting one of those Armorsuites. :P

Can you arrange for the Swiftech Apogee XT? How much would it come to?? Would need it with both the 1366 and 775 backplates.

You mean this MCR RadPump + the Apogee XT ?

Also, wont the above setup cost you a lot more ? The DRIVE itself is for 200$, plus the CPU-Block.

Wait for a little while. Prices will be more resonable. Its just launched. Also don't know if u can get a better price in bulk with cpu block and hoses.

Well OK, the Compact kits are being Discontinued for the MCR-Drive kits. Only the dual rad designs will be there for now, so please select a Waterblock and any other accessories that may be needed with this kit, so i can start working out the prices.

Watercool heatkiller water blocks...u can look for the LC ones which are lower in costs. Then you would need some tubing. Thats it ure done.
