Swipe Konnect 5.0 claims to be lightest 5-inch phablet at Rs 8,999

You might not have heard the name Swipe before, but the company seems all set to create a name for itself with a 5-inch phablet which it claims is the lightest in the world. The Swipe Konnect 5.0 phablet weighs all of 135 grams and is priced at Rs 8,999. It is a Pune based company.

Konnect 5.0 comes encased in a slim body with a matte finish. It has a 5-inch qHD IPS display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor yoked with 1 GB RAM. The phone runs Android 4.2.2 Jellybean OS upgradable to Android 4.4 Kitkat.

The phablet has an 8 MP rear camera and 3.2 MP front camera. The rear camera has an OmniVision sensor which can improve resolution and picture quality.

The smartphone comes with 8 GB in-built memory, which can be expanded to 32 GB. The phone has a 1950 mAh polymer-ion battery and is dual SIM enabled.

The device comes with a free screen guard and premium business navigator worth Rs 1,499 free.
