switch from airtel to tata/bsnl?

HI guys,
I just shifted to a new place in blore and airtel is refusing to provide Broadband in the new place cos of no feasibility.
even TATA and Reliance are not providing cos of "no feasibity" ...damn...very frustrating...both tata and reliance are pushin me to take Wimax though..its got good plans:
Wimax:
2 mbps: 4 gb limit per month: Rs 750/pm
160kbps unlimited for 750/pm
300 kbps unlimited for 999/pm
600 kbps unlimited for 1799/pm
565 rs one time installation for antenna...no security deposit.
Sounds good..but no idea how good wimax is as of now
Bsnl is one more option but there some waiting period and also lotsa initial charges...deposit..installation charges...modem charges( can airtel model be used for bsnl?)
also bsnl's unlimited is form 2 am to 8 am...very wierd and insuffucient time.
So now its a toss between BSNL and wimax i guess.

Tata sucks! I had it for about 4 months a year ago, and a friend of mine had it for 3. My friends connection was down for weeks at a time. I wasn't that unlucky, my connection went off for about 12 hours every 4-5 days after the first month. For the first month, the connection was like a dream come true.
But, calling their help desk was a nightmare. Dialing the number some 20 times before getting through, then having to wait for literally 20 minutes before you had your complaint attended to. And another day before someone fixed the line.
I have an airtel unlimited 256k connection now, and I love it. Have had it for a year, and it's rarely given me any problems. And though their help desk isn't manned by geniuses, it managed to solve all my problems, without getting me aggravated.

yup i know airtel is the best...though they didnt go to 512 kbps and 1mbps UL soon...
I have applied to BSNL now..lets see how many montsh they take to get me the conn...and pestering airtel daily to try to get conn to my place..
tata and reliance just r not interested in giving wired broadband anymore...those guys r just promoting wimax in blore
my last hope is bsnl for some decent downloads...
