CPU/Mobo System fail warning

My pc shutdown automatically in normal usage.
So i go to bios and enable system fan fail warning , after saving into bios and reboot it gives me a continuous beep..
I have checked ram it is working properly..
What should i do
pc config:
intel dual core E2140 1.6ghz
gigabyte g31m-s2l
1gb ram 800mhz transcend
1gb ram 667mhz dynet
PSU 400w Iball

check temps, is it overheating?

if not check the psu

My cpu temp goes 127
&
fan RPM 0

Don't turn on your computer without replacing new heatsink+fan.

Oops... Check the cpu fan is running else replace the fan. Also remove the old thermal paste and re-apply with a new one

Cpu fan is running and i have put new thermal paste but still problem occurs

Perhaps your fans sensor has failed to send the signal. Try to get new heat sink + fan and you can give a shot another time. Check the cpu vid (voltage) and revert to stock settings incase you have OC'ed
