The OP has an nForce chipset, so the FF translates to something different. This has a reference. Also some forums mentioned (they had contacted eVGA), that FF = fully functional.
Could you breadbox the system once. Try to run it. Remove the motherboard, and place it on a non conductive (soft) surface. Connect all the mandatory devices, and ONLY the OS mounted drive. Fire it up. You would need to short the two pins which connect to the one on/off toggle.
