Can be due to heating. Check whether all the fans are running.. Also check bios temp

Test your RAM's using Memtest86+

Did you recently installed any drivers?? Or installed any hardware part??

If you turn off the power to the PC it won't restart automatically anymore. Works everytime.

There might be a number of problems causing this -- PSU problem, OS, virus & malware, over-heating, faulty RAM, etc. So, you need to provide as much info as possible; also state if it's a Notebook or a desktop.
