System Restart wihtout any BEEP.. what's the cause?

Hi Emperor,
Glad to hear that you solved the problem. Regarding the PSU, I would recommend you go for 500w to 600w gold when building the system.
Reason being
1. CPU 100w
2. RAM 4w per stick
3.MB 80W
4.HDD 10W
5.SDD 5W
6.GPU 150W
7.FAN 2W per Fan
Total 358

I generally prefer to have about 30% extra room so the total comes to ~450W, and from what I have seen the cost of 450w and 500w doesn't differ much.

I had changed the PSU to corsair VS650. It is working very well now.

Corsair CX series for budget. If you can spend for Antec Earthwatts (used Focus design from Seasonic), have a look. Also existing can look at Seaonic M12II series - maker of your current PSU.

Everytime I have faced this king of "random restart" problems - it has been rectified by replacing the SMPS power supply box.
