Hi fellas
there is a problem with my system
starting the system when the lan port is pluggedin, the system restarts automatically as soon as the desktop appears.
when i remove the lan cable and start the system then its fine.

what u guys think
is the problem with the lan port.?

It can be anything from broken driver, corrupted OS file to bad lan chip. So Update lan driver, Roll back any recent windows update, check windows files using system file checker. Format and Reinstall OS if you have to.

For past few days my asus E35M1 based NAS went into a reboot loop. It would boot to desktop then reboot after a while.
Checked memory with memtest even did a surface scan on HDD. Nothing. Then all of a sudden no network access and Intel Gigabit network card dies. RIP.
Now I'm running the NAS on Realtek onboard and faced no stability issues till now. I guess AMD chipset is not comfortable with Intel.

I suggest test the system with a a PCI network card
