25-30k Tablet for reading and "Taking Notes" around 30000 INR for a student. (with pen and wifi)

User: A 16-year-old child
Main Use: Daily note-taking and reading at a coaching institute

Tablet Requirements:

• Should come with a cover or support so it can stand horizontally for reading
• Will be mainly used with Microsoft OneNote for writing and organizing notes
• Wi-Fi is needed to connect to the internet via mobile hotspot (SIM card slot is not necessary)
• Child is already using a Samsung phone, so is familiar with the Samsung interface (but it's not compulsory to buy Samsung)
• Pen/Pencil which comes alongwith tablet is a must as welll.

Why did anyone not suggested the Motopad 60 pro? Comes with good screen , comes with pen/charger on box and decent specs. Shared as in considering this, my current tab is the galaxy 7 plus, have used the s6 lite previously. Price looks good to me.

Get the Samsung tabs only preferably S, they are their flagship models. Get them used like an S8 which may come within your budget. It is very good for notes.
