Tata Indicom- Night Unlimited @2mbps

anyone can confirm if the night unlimited option is available for mumbai prepaid subscribers? am thinking of switching over from my current 512k ul to this time-based plus night unlimited combo option too...
 
I don't get it, how does this work ? I have subscribed to this scheme but my account balance is still reducing during night time ? Is this right ?

I had Rs 1800 balance, i subscribed to Night Unlimited plan. So i have Rs 1700 balance. But right now after 9pm i have been streaming movies and stuff. So till 1 20 am, now i log in and log off. I see that i have Rs 1500 as balance. I thought i won't have to pay during this time ?...

Can someone explain what i am missing here ?

maybe the account doesnt come into affect straight away? or maybe it needs a relogin to take effect?
 
Thought to create a thraed over here for the same, and saw this... Great isnt it... I am on Quickpower 240 (old plan) and have now added night unlimited... isnt it sweet. Only questions are:
1) I subsribed to this online.. does this happen with immidiate effect or do I have to wait a few days for this to activate.
2) Do we have to logout and log back in at 9:00 for this plan to start...

This is the best deal to have 2 mpbs connection for 12-14 hours a day for 6 months for just Rs.2000.... As I am using Quickpower 240 for last three months along with my regular airtel for browsing... Now I can downgrade my airtel plan from Home999 to probably something cheaper as now all my downloads will happen from 9:00 to 9:00.... 12 hours at 2mpbs is around 10 GB of download everyday, not taking into account you can browse the internet/download during the day too... RIP OFF:)
 
Well thankfully in our area (PUNE) we get a constant dwnld speed of arnd 210KBps on the 2MBps plan so this is good news definitly for all tata users who have long been deprived of a high speed unlimited plan!!
 
Can I simply take the 256kbps plan and the pay another 99 to avail 2mbps at night...total just 1000+99=1099 ???

Whats the catch?
 
The way its working for me right now is that I have changed to Airtel 250 Rs top up plan that is 2 mpbs with 1 GB download for a month.
In addition I have supplemented my Quickpower 240 (old plan for 2500 Rs, this plan I bought 2 months ago) with 99 Rs night unlimited. So basically I pay:
250 * 6 + 2500 Rs = 3750 + taxes = 4000/6 = 650 Rs per month.

In this amount I can download around 13.5 hours per day at 2 mpbs speeds.

For the remaining 10.5 hours I can still browse the internet at 2 mpbs.

Now anyone even on 1 mpbs unlimited per month cant download as much as me, and pays 6 times more....
