Alright if i get u right ure sayin, suppose my acc expires in feb and i renew my acc for anothe 6 months i can still continue the night plsn onwards from feb for the next 6 months?If thts true..thts gonna be rocking!!!:cool2:

thats what the CC has said...but u can never really be 100% sure of what they tell you...

Also when i susbscribed to the night unlimited the mail i got has this..

The Night Unlimited plan will automatically get deactivated from the time you renew your account with a
volume based plan or anunlimited plan and the volume based plan or unlimited plan becomes active.

So i am hoping that if i renew with a time based plan the night unlimited wont be deactivated...

But like i said before all this is speculation....

We need info from someone who was using the night unlimited and has recently renewed the account with a time based plan...

Well Atleast at the moment i am not being charged at night.

Lets wait for you to recharge, then only it can be found out if NU gets deactivated or not. I feel if ur recharge is already in pipeline then service might not get deactivated, Still nothing can be said unless experienced.

These Tata guys are shitty, damn it would be useless for me to continue without NU.

Also i had to pay Installation charges as my plan was for 3 months. It'll all be waste.
 
Well i couldnt stand the tension of not knowing whether the night unlimited will continue or not after i renew.... :S :S

so i took the plunge to find out the truth and i renewed my account with the Quick Power 180 which has a validity till 7/1/08....i really had my fingers crossed about the night unlimited thing!!

But to my suprise the night unlimited is still showing as active even after i have successfully renewed. :hap2: :hap2:
 
@dipen01 : my account was to expire on 26/10/07 but i recharged yesterday with Quick Power 180 so my account now has validity till 7/1/08.

There are two options when u recharge...either the new recharge comes into effect after your current validity is over or you can add the amount to your existing balance.

When u add the new recharge amount to your existing balance you again get 2 options....by which u can add the new recharge amount to your existing balance but the validity doesnt change (remains same as before)

or you can add the new recharge amount to your existing balance and change the validity...the change of validity is with immediate effect
eg Quick Power 180 has a validity of 3 months...so you new validity is 3 months from the date of recharge and the balance amount is old balance + new recharge amount.

^ don't be too sure about it. I am sure there may be a clause in their disclaimer that allows them to discontinue your services if they want to. These isps tend to shut you down if you leech them too much. :p

Today there was downtime from 12 AM - 9 AM :x

I hope this was not purposely as my bandwidth exceeded some limit that i dunno about. I mean what type of coincidence is that. at 8.50 AM its still down and at 9 AM its up and running.
 
for people already on this plan with Night UL activated,will renewal cause any changes ? there Giving probs for Night UL

can somebody clarify this ? i am Scared to renew my account now :(
 
i spoke to the customer care yest again yest they said they r soon gonna start the night ul again donno how tru tht is just keep ya fingers crossed..i dint have any downtime my conns workin fine..downloading like hell!!
 
^it's been the same reply for ages. "Yes sir we are going to start it again but we don't know when. You can check our websites for updates"

My account is set to expire on 6th Dec.. So i was wondering to recharge it or not :O

i recharged with a Quick power 360

the Night UL went away they asked they said the old Plan is No longer valid

though in my Profile it Still says the Night Unlimited Active

i guess its End of the Dream :(
