Tata Indicom speeds ?

I have a tata indicom night unlimited connection through web based login. I do not get download and upload speeds on public torrents on utorrent (no green tick mark). On private torrents i get full 2 Mbps speeds. Anyone facing a similar issue ?

yea, if you would have done little research and look up here you would have got the answer all by yourself...this is because the ports on tata CHindicom are blocked :|

any idea on how to get them opened ? I called them up but they are not responding

assuming that you login through web page based dialer in that case there is no way :| darn tata !!!

Someone had posted about using a static external IP using a 59.xx series does that work ?

confiugre port forwarding on ur router. but if it block through ISP then never open.
