TataIndicom Broadband: Youtube videos won't play

When I click on any youtube video from fb or youtube itself or google just a black page opens. I use chrome, tried it on firefox too but same problem persists. I'm using Google DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4. What ccould be the problem ?

PS: Videos play on my phone using youtube app but not on the desktop.
 
Live with it. TIBB sucks when it comes to Youtube. They do not have any cache servers and even a 2mbps connection is not good enough to stream 360p videos. I also tried using open dns and google dns but it did not work.
Recently I shifted to Reliance and (touchwood) so far its damn good for streaming videos.
Which area are you from in Pune? I am using this behind Inorbit Mall. Wadgoan Sheri.
