safer areas would be upper shoulder and the back since even if you grow boobies tomorrow, the tattoo wouldnt get distorted

its a sun's rays with a yin yang ..one of my favourite symbols ..planning to get one every year ...lets see what i do this year
 
Hmm, I gym quiet a bit too, so I guess the skin will be constantly stretched, and the quality of the tattoo would get screwed. Apart from that, why is a tattoo on the chest bad?

i always wanted to have a simple cross tattoo on my right upper arm...but i'm really scared of the needle. :ashamed: Those who have got it done, is it really very painful? :ashamed:
 
no its not ....it is more like mosquito bite ,nothing scary about it ..actually its kinda addictive :) ..go for it dude

^ addictive is not the word i'll associate with pain even if its like a mosquito bite..:lol: i'm not a masochist..:lol:

there are a couple in mumbai, all in the bandra area

most popular are 'Funky Monkey' and 'Tatoo N Body Piercing Studio'
 
I would be getting some tribal design, Flowing from my chest till half of my Arm [Left side]. But it will take time, as this is permanent and i don't want to fool around with my body. coz, if in the future my body mass changes it will look ugly and removing a permanent tattoo is more painful then getting one.
So my search is for some really great artist who can make me a tattoo which will not look bad even if it gets stretched with my body......
 
al's tattoo parlour @ bandra is a great artist but expensive ...on the other hand ..its your body so go with the expensive guy .. vikas malani , at andheri ( orkut his name ...you can see his work)
 
he charges per square inch .. and the design itself , i think per square inch he was close to 2k ! ..but then mine at the maximum is 3" x 3" and the rest is blank and i haggled a bit and got the rates down to 3,500 ... this was at Al's ..vikas has promised me a better deal though ...will find out once i go there

Once you been there, done that...you feel like doing it again and again...I mean the tatoo...:hap2:
 
if anyone wants some killer tatoo designs...here you go...









the only problem ..is u need to have lots of guts to let your body get used to the needle for such a long time..and you also need to spend a lot of cash to get something like this done.. anywayz they are kewl..on others bodies :rofl:
 
Im not game for it...one of my frdz did this to her body...



it took 19 hrs to complete!!! now that's pain!!!:S
