I would rush everytime to get a first shot at deejay (I was "Kadka Ladka

).Got some good kills with the normal guns instead of waiting and camping with the awp (ave realised its not my game to use the awp and stuff ).After a while Funky started backing me up for the easy kills after I had done most of the damage

1) How come some of the players on our server get extremely low latency rates ??
Today i saw atleast four of the players having a continous latency of 5 or 6 only.:huh:
The main question is does it give unfair advantage to this low latency guys ?
2) How do you identify cheats / hacks / exploits etc ...for something very funny happened last night while i was playing ...i will post the details in the gameplay thread.

3) how come some of the CT's take an awful amout of damage before they die ?? There are times when i am face to face with the enemy (kissing distance ....err lips locked really) he is standing still too, even then i need to empty the fully loaded magazine in his face before he dies ??:huh:

Last night something very funny and strange occured...
as usual i was giving target practise and improving the scores of my fellow TE members who are in the CT.
hyeah: but at around midnight some east asian guys came ...(most probably Thai / SG guys) and all hell broke loose ....for 45 minites there was utter mayhem ....as soon as i was killed (which is very soon btw ...even if you blink you would miss ithyeah: ) i went into spevtator mode watching their "Poetry in Motion" ....keenly observing them i noticed that their movements were "Faster" then Normal , especially their sideways movements , and their reaction time was "Unbelievably Quicker" ....i was even knifed once:no: since i had run out of bullets and had forgotten to take primary ammo.:ashamed: , well i thought these thai boys are just showing off their stuff et al ...but i continued fighting (my never give up spirit ...)
Strangely they knew my admin status too (i wonder who is the pathetic spy / stool pigeon amongst us ....haha)
anyways at around 2 AM some of our admin came online ...i dont know what had been done to the server config settings...but suddenly i found even i had those strange powers ....i mean there was this awp ct ...shooting from between the doors near their base regularly ...a good shooter. but i could easily go through the tunnel (going left from my T base) kill a few CT's on the way ...turn right at the bomb site , go through the door and shoot that enemy with just a few shots ....first i thought it was a fluke ...but it happened again in the next round too ...somehow the CT's were listless and slow ...it was not that they were not moving and all ....but this suddenly made me realise something was not right, i even enquired there openly about it ...and strangely after a few minutes the thai guys dissappeared one by one ...There was some talk later about the evil ways of the thai guys etc ...
Can Funkey / Aditya / Karan or any other nooby "expert" let me know what exactly happened during that time ??
ps: my young nephew informed me this morning how come my rank has risen so high suddenly (due to the killings of last night i guess)....previously it was around 575~ 600 mark till last evening ...but this morning it was around 302 or something :huh: ...i never check my rank etc ...but i do my best to keep my KDr to around 0.24 mark ...hyeah:

To increase your rank, you need to improve on your poor KD ratio.I had a KD ratio of about 2 and I was ranked #2 out of 600 odd players in Ozone server . but my KD has gone down to 1.7 and my rank to #3 due to my ISP problem.:no:

1) Those people with really low pings, are
i) Either living in singapore with a really good ISP.
ii) Using a really Low CL_CMDRATE. i.e. 10
2) Well, experienced players can just find out to say the least. Unless its very obvious like an Aimbot/Speehack.
3) You have to control recoil. Even if the crosshair is on the face, all the Bullets dont go exactly on the Crosshair. It goes all around, here there, everywhere. Recoil control is a VERY important thing in CS, if not the most important.

How do you control recoil ....i can control recoil of a real AK47 (while giving traing in our camps) ,,but in the virtual game how do you do that ?? by firing just 2 ~3 bullets at a time , i.e. in short bursts??
Also does having low latency help in gameplay ?? i had figured out that those guys might be in singapore and using cl_cmdrate etc ...but does it give advantage in game play ??

It comes with Practice.

The recoil patterns are different in different situations. It all only comes to you after months of Practice. And it wont even be perfect after a Years practice.

i could really feel as if i was moving faster than normal and the opponents were very slow to react ...for e.g. generally the enemy can can spot me from far when i am leading the rampaging charges
....but during that time i could travel all the way from my T base, travelling left , through that tunnel, bomb zone, and through that door on the right ...then i could travel openly to within 15 ~ 20 feet of that awp sniper and shoot him ...it was very strange sensation indeed !!!! it was not as if that awp'er was frozen he was moving, taking aim etc ...Perhaps i am getting real good at the game ....
( height of self confidence ...hehe) for e.g. a few moments ago i shot our very good player TE | systemic by using cunning and guile in a 1 to 1 duel basically....he was coming from that tunnel to the left towards T base ...i let him come up the ramp, which is to the left of T base, (as usual i was standing there in open ground) then i ran and jumped over the ramp , turned and shot him from behind .....:ashamed: (he attempted to kill me with renewed vigour subsequently is another story ...suffice to say he did not succeed and then he finally gave up and changed the game to shotty dd2 ....hyeah: ) Today blade aka stupified killed me many times, he is getting smarter ....he would first send somebody in the tunnel , whom i will slay , then he would throw a flash and kill me ....:ashamed:
