nothing like that. Th server is online all the time. You just need to say "Join server". If it is full, then you have to wait till a slot is available to join. It is on first come first served basis......

keep reconnecting till u get good pings, even tifosi has those 300s pings and keeps reconnecting untill he gets better pings ;) (which are 70s :O )

yep.. been doing that.. in vain :(
Sify's IP range:
210.214.30.xx
210.214.40.xx
210.214.58.xx
Used to get low ping with 210.214.30.xx.. but it aint happening during the last few days :(

Btw, tifosi's on 256kbps unltd plan?

Eh...goto favorites and add a few sg servers,then see what pings u get. Those servers u see there are not sg (atleast not sgwargames)
 
In 1.6 its possible upto 5 players or even more but in source only 2 people can stack. The third person will just slide down.
