Will probably end up using it as a spare flash drive! Very soon we might get to see 128GB SSDs being sold for the price of a bagel... hehe!
A bakery in Gurgaon. You already got it cheaper

Tim Horton's has the most bagel-like bagels, if you've ever had breakfast bagels in the west — chewy with no crunch, goes well with their cream cheese, if that's your idea of a bagel.

Third wave coffee. Call the store nearby and insist that you will buy only if it is absolutely fresh. Had it in Vijaya Bank layout twice. Once it was bloody good (Sunday noon), second time, was a bit hard (went in morning).
Hmm but I want it for breakfast :grumpy:

That is typically when you have a bagel. On your way to work in the morning.

Chewy and filling that's what I'm looking for not lookalikes of which there are plenty and half hour later you feel like you ate nothing.

Then come to the store in Ecoworld. Opens early, for those who take coffee and food early in the morning. They also make very good Croissants and amazing cinnamon rolls.

Will try this weekend. Bagels are something I love and very rare to find good places. There was this French bakery in Sony world junction (forgot name) that had amazing egg bagel. Which Tim Horton's outlet did you try? Koramangala (BLR) one is having lot of 1* reviews saying food was bad or drink was bad.

^Swiggy'd the first two on that list.

Immaculately packed. Tasty. Better than I've had from other restaurants in the sense the bread was tougher.

But not chewy like the ones I was accustomed to in NYC. And that's down to the flour and method of preparation. I've heard that there is boiling involved which is definitely not being done here.

So you end up with bread that looks like bagels and baguettes made from similar flour and even tasting similar when the reality is the exact opposite. They are entirely different.

I bet the weight of the American bagels is at least 50% more if not greater.

For an indian pallette this will be a treat.

Sourdough bread from Blue Tokai is quite good. It's chewy. It's got some weight to it.

I'll try Tim Horton's next. They don't have the tasty options like third wave but plain cheese is good enough

They must be able to source the right flour and who knows make the right thing.

Irony : the collection of wine !! in a Islamic country
This was complementary "Sunset Happy Hours from 5pm to 7pm". Food options even in this are mind-boggling.

This drinks menu picture was clicked to ask a friend that which wine should I try. Drinks menu otherwise has many more options.

I have discovered I hate all fancy wines, and that I am mostly a dessert wine guy, with a soft corner for reserve ports. Pity you get only the "fashionable" stuff around here.
Thankfully help is handy, and with the help of our Ye Olde Family Recipe and some fancy addons from arishtam.com I make a decent wine at home.

One of my favorites. TGIF chicken fajita.

Unfortunately, no more TGIF outlets in NCR but heard they are opening one again. Suggestion for similar dish?
