PC Peripherals Tech-Com 450W SMPS - Worth buying for a 5 year old DL Rig?

I need to buy a SMPS for an Intel P4 based DL Rig that is 5-6 years old.

Was looking for a cheap solution and came across this Tech-Com 450W SMPS that comes with a 2 Year Warranty and costs just ~ 400 Rupees.

My Queries:

1) Is this SMPS Reliable? What are the chances of this frying my mobo?? :O

2) Anyone has any experiences to share about this SMPS/Brand??

Tech-Com is a generic brand so you can't expect much from it. better go for a second hand PSU from the market section. it will not fry your mobo but it is not reliable, and the output currents are not good due to the use of cheap electronic components.
