Its rubbish. I have seen many members with 500+ posts and still "upgraded" and same with 15 posts thing. I exactly don't know what the criteria is behind this, but from what I have observed, "activity" alongwith posts & rep count. Coz I have seen members with 1k+ posts, and lots of rep, but still "upgraded". For Further clarification, #Renegade #Saiyan #Crazy_Eddy will answer.

They both are right and you are not accurate. For a member to move from one group to the higher one he should have some posts after the TE upgrade.

Its like virtual sections. Click Computer Hardware > Video cards, and your trade is the 2nd one.
