...... What I want to say is that if there are certain issues that need to be addressed and the people who have the authority to do that have been busy ....

I have never found the admins so busy that it has affected the forums' functioning adversely.
What issues are you pointing at which the respective mods cannot take care of?

Im not using anything you said for anything, its just that I have heard many times when some suggestion are presented for the improvement of TE, the Admins have been very busy to consider and implement them

I prefer that we do not talk about this, lets try to stick to the topic

P.S It seems that some here are feeling that I dont think the staff does an appropriate job, that is completely untrue and Im nobody to demand anything
