Techie Arrested For One Night Stand On Tinder

The police just love to go an arrest a guy, don't they. I am pretty sure the court is not even going to entertain this case, yet the guy will have to go to jail and spend 20-50k to get a decent lawyer to make the judge understand the frivolity of the case.
I would love to see a counter case though and see the hypocrisy of the system when no one will be even willing to register a case if a man wants to get a woman arrested for breaking up with him. I mean, even in cases of conning brides, it is very difficult to get the police to register a case, even if you have audio and visual evidence.
 
So they dated for a month and then slept together and the guy now wants to walk away? This was not a 'one night stand' as the report says. The guy is a crook. He prob gave her the illusion of a relationship when he was only looking for sex. No sympathy for him. Let him spend some time in jail.

He is going to learn a lesson I learned the very hard way. If you are looking for just sex, pay for it. Paid sex is almost always cheaper than free sex.

So If i date a girl just for sex and its consensual, is that a crime ? WOW
Article says she wanted to get married after having sex. Damn, many would run away after hearing that.
Police has its priorities right

Where is it written that if a guy or a woman promises marriage and then backs out that they are a crook ?

The sex is irrelevant here. There are no grounds to sue for rape whatsoever given it was consensual. None. Period.

That is because the laws in this country are fcuked up in this regard. Why do you think i keep slamming the rape porn reports that people like to put up and get on their high horses. They keep pushing to keep things screwed up. Tighter legislation that supposedly empowers women also enables them to file false cases for whatever pretext. This we are told is an acceptable evil. BS! There should be gender neutral laws that clearly state if sex is consensual then there is no case of rape. Not the case in this country is it.

To be frank i don't understand why this woman was ever entertained by the cops instead of being thrown out of the station with a caution not to waste their time on frivolous cases. Why were they so eager to file the case. I thought women who got raped couldn't get their cases registered. Oh it must be the new atmosphere now thanks to all the rape coverage that any one can take advantage.

She felt used ? WTF was she expecting on Tinder. It's amazing in 2019 this nonsense is considered legit. Sex is no longer taboo in metros. What i find odd here is both seem to come from a similar background. Both professionals, similar age & background. This is not a case where the guy is well off and the woman is from some poor background with an obvious extortion angle by the woman or the guy was taking advantage. No, this woman charges rape because she suffered emotional distress of being dumped.

The other thing that was commented on is the guys name was mentioned in the report but not the woman. I don't know if this is true but it reflects a clear bias in reporting.

I have earlier met such shady women on tinder too. As a rule always better to have in writing on chats and calls you dont promise marriage.

What about Spy pen camera? Does it have LED indicators? Also guys there are plenty of hidden spy cameras that look like normal objects on firstcry and Amazon

Go check it out for yourself. You can install one in the bathroom, bedroom anywhere because the camera in those objects is extremely tiny and barely noticeable and probably don’t have LED indicators too

marriage promise not withstanding, Any thing consensual between two adults is no RAPE. Did not she knew the repercussions for getting into a guy on the basis of just a promise!!!!!!!!!!!!

But than law is another story. I have stopped helping2 any fairer sex due to similar fear. Heck, Earlier, i usually would leave my seat for a girl but not any more. Let there be equality everywhere.

I prefer paid sex in SPAs and other areas. Never had any success with Tinder bullshit and other such apps
