Manufacturer refurbished ones come in sealed and just like a new tablet packing , the internals are old , they use new exteriors to make it look new.

So what do you suggest.~9k for the refurbished one or 13k for the one which indian seller CLAIMS to be new and provides 1 year warranty??

If the manufacturer is willing to give the full warranty, then it surely must be in/has been restored to perfect working order.
I had bought a refurbished laptop from dell outlet a few years back,it was in perfect condition and was still working after 2 years when I sold it.[DOUBLEPOST=1385920709][/DOUBLEPOST]

Better get the refurb from ebay as the Indian seller is definitely selling the same for double the price.
It wouldn't work out for him if it was the brand new one,why else would he offer the free upgrade???
