Ya, we will be comparing 975X with 680i soon as soon as kentsfield touches out labs. The 590i is out of picture due to 667 MHz Memory Support. Another thing to be concerned is that 680i supports SLI, where as 975X supports Crossfire. So comparing Apples to Apples in Multi GPU system is not possible, unless we do some SLI or Crossfire hacking. We all are anticipating AMD ATI RS600 for Intel real soon. Before that we still need to finish 8800 GTS review and SLI of 8800 GTS/GTX. SLI for Geforce 8 is still not official and under NDA.

^^NICE^^

I am still in fix as to why would there be 2 SLI connectors on the card. do you have any idea?

(Udit, sorry for highjacking your thread man.)

If you have any D9 kits, I'd love to see some overclocking tests.... especially how far RAM goes on that board in async mode. Try something new instead of pure software benches of the chipsets at stock which are mostly gonna be identical :).
