This thread reminded me of what i used to do as a kid and wanted a scratch guard for my new digital watch.

Get some of that sticky wrap you use for books, stick a bit on the watch dial, get a blade, cut it out, scratch a bit so it clears up put on a cpl more layers.

VFM ? hell yeah, only cut out a small bit from a 10 feet roll.

I kinda quit doing that after i grew up :ashamed:
