The Big Boss 3 Thread

All I am saying is that a show can be dumb, scripted and full of Cliché and yet be entertaining. Big boss is one such example. Say what you want but I found both the previous seasons quite entertaining. Not that I take time out everyday specially to watch it but on the days I do happen to catch it, its a nice time-pass. The format is a hit in over 60 countries, so yes, believe it or not people do like it.

Actually the problem with geeks/over educated people of India trolling on the Internet is that they have been influenced by the western culture so much that they will regard anything "Indian" as cheap. They will watch and love endless amount of crap Hollywood throws at them and yet degrade even the best of Bollywood movies. They will love watching reality shows like survivor, fear factor or big brother but ridicule the same when the format is Indianized. This makes me sad. Follow western culture, there is nothing wrong with it but in the process don't forget or disrespect your own culture.

Nah for once, I think the hollywood reality shows are more crappier then then the Indian ones, and havent seen any threads appreciating the same too Reailty tv stars are nothing but publicity whores, who would do anything to stay in the limelight. And the worst part is over-dramatized masochism

And please reality television, or any of the crap shown on the telly is not Indian culture Indian culture is way better then that. The way I see it, we are actually lifting off all the crap from Western television, and totally ignoring the good part. Oh wait a minute, thats what happening in the west too
