179 for a 120 GB hard disk? Are they kidding me?

Regardless 120 GB is way too much for a console. Like I said before unless you download HD content or never delete a demo its useless. I never managed to fill my 10 GB Xbox HD. I never managed to fill more than half of my 80 GB computer HD and I download a couple of Divx movies a week.

And I hate this bullshit of having to buy official stuff. Its the customers that always get ripped. A wifi module costs what $15 at max, a handheld (DS) has it inbuilt so tell me again why are MS selling it for a 100 $. Just because they can and because we have no other option is why.

Still if this becomes standard they will have to drop the price on the premium soon. And thats some good news.
 
179$ is too much for a 120GB HDD, but considering that they are charging 100$ for a 20GB HDD, this isn't high at all in comparison.

Console hardware prices suck. It's a long established trend.
 
Now they have realised (M$) that the consumers need is HDMI & Big HDD...hahaha...though they were original..but now they are following SONY...LOL....

A few things you might wanna note.

1 Writing M$ instead of MS doesn't really make you clever, probably annoying but not clever. Let it go. Same goes for writing $ony.

2 Consumers don't NEED a bigger HD or HDMI. Its a choice that MS are offering (mostly for HD movie downloads).

3 Following Sony? I don't suppose you know that the Xbox was one of the first consoles to have an inbuilt hard disk as standard.
