Thanks for posting here cranky.

Im sure someone on here has a better way to get in touch with KMD, and im sure looking at these complaints. KMD might resolve the pending issues.

buygaming stuff - worst experience than any seller , not responsive , keeps making excuses , takes ages to reply , inbox always full :|

i had paid for some CCFLs , which i guess he had only 1 piece and he said its out of stock after i made payment , i gave account details he said he will refund but he needs to go to bank .. i had transferred to his sbi acc from my sbi acc , how does he not have online transfer activated in that sbi? well i waited a week still no deposit .. sent 2-3 pm no reply ...

after few days i posted in his thread , he said he will send me cheque , i gave address . no despatch from him for more than a week . again i posted in his thread ( his inbox is always full ) he pms me its ready and he will despatch ..

now 2 weeks again and nothing has been shipped ..

just typed a pm for him and again his inbox is full :@

will give negative rating if no refund till this week ..

If you would read the thread you would realize the sheer magnitude of unresponsiveness this dealer has exhibited. But unfortunately it doesnt end there.

Sequence of Events

Original delivery Date - 29June - 1st July
Teh Original post is still not edited. The GO closed on 14th June and ETA mentioned was 12-14 Days.

I got my Monitor on July 17th. There was a invoice of sorts but no bill. So i asked the dealer so send me the bill.
He replied saying that the Bill would be shipped etc. But nothing happened.

Now again posted in the thread as to ship the Bill

Time passes by & i dont get the bill.

sayign that the Bills have been shipped.

I send me 3-4 PMs asking for Tracking number to which he dsnt reply. He says that he will Email me a scanned copy but then i dont recieve a Mail from him.

Nothing happens
I further ask for a update but he isnt responsing to PMs.

This much follow up for a simple monitor bill is just prepostorous.
He is a Dealer who conducted the GO. I purchased a monitor from him and like in every purchase i should be getting a bill from vendor to document the purchase. Its a pretty standard and normal procudure.

From his replies it seems that he has sent the bill to me. He has clearly mentioned in his posts in the relevant thread.
Now there is no tracking number for the Bill. That means he has been lying about the bill for over a month now.

I am at a loss on what to do now. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.
/This is jus to question the dealers callous attitude

as for the improvements pending on this section, i have Pmed the Mods again for their consent. Once the suggestions come through changes will occur on this thread to make it more user friendly (i hope).

15th june. Me settles for 1 unit. confirms availability

16th june payment done

17th June payment confirmed by dealer

response from buygamingstuff : product was not in stock, was not shipped, will refund

17th july: mails saying that he has deposited a cheque.

Amount still not credited to account.

still not responding to PM's or emails. unreachable on phone.

17th August: responds suddenly, claiming that everything will be fixed in 24 hours. Response sent on the same day.

Still no money.

To summarize

  • Advertised and asked for payment for a product he did not have stock of.
  • Obviously did not ship the same
  • No refund received ( though claimed otherwise)
  • Over two months.

I would have tolerated everything, but not returning the money is unacceptable.

Positive or negative both can be posted in the same thread. As of now it seems that there are more negatives than positive ones.

But the thread is meant for both.
