I am using Windowblinds with Bricopacks Inspirat 2, Rocket dock, & many other shells. After around trying out different skins & shells combinations, i found this to be the best looking. So, i have kept it since. It looks very near to Vista & dat's why i like it.

Try it out.

Yup that Gutsy Gibbon
The Icon theme is  OsX_MoD GNOME-Look.org
but the desktop icons re personally downloaded from CrystalXP.net - Graphics & Windows Customization

and the GTK theme is
 OSX-Tiger theme GNOME-Look.org

and i got the boot screen etc from here Linux desktop imitating OSX | Lauri Taimila
