its comfortable as of now to what I have used. yesterday only in late evening it was delievered. lower model was available for 5 to 5.5k at local market but 3d arm rest and multi lock mechanism and gst bill not available. this is way better. still the plastic for the seat is not remove as I have asked mom to get me a cloth which can be used above it due to dust. for 8.5k its a steal deal. your can also but the matrix version which is more cheaper by 500 to 700 inr.
