Dismantled Antec 120 Prizm fan

Very rare rather uncommon thing Dismantling an ARGB Fan..

Was getting bored during office hours :p so thought about checking this fan.

Reason: Most Leds stopped working.

**The below pics will help you get a glimpse inside an Led fan eps. the ring-based ones where everything is so neatly implemented!

Actual fan:

Only 2-4 Leds working out of total 18.

Led rings removed & this is how the Led strip is placed rounded inside surrounding the fan wall.

Everything dissembled:
  • Fan body
  • Outside ring, thick
  • Inside ring, thin
  • Led stripe
  • Separate cables for fan and stripe.

I was about to buy an open box Anita (Anna with a Grinder) but it got snapped up before I could make a transfer.

No links bro, but just asking here and there and wherever I could.. coupled with lengthy wait times and patience for months. Got them mostly at scalping rates.
Still many more to go for but the prices make me one to rethink.
