The "Everyday" show-off thread !

Did some music listening sessions… all are Apple Music lossless or hires whenever available.
1. Gold standard is dragon. There is some magic with dragon. The tightness in bass or the tweeters or the mid or vocals. Everything is magic. Totally worth getting it.
2. Cyber beast ranks second maybe. Doesn’t get as loud or as tight bass/tweet as dragon but very close to second place. Way above any other vehicle i have listened. One of them was audi a4 with bang & olufsen but beast ranks much higher.
3. Third is a tie between smsl with corsair speakers or senn 6xx and the audeze maxwell. Maxwel gets points for ease of use. But cant get lossless without finagling.

built this over the weekend

Bought this for sh!tz and giggles from a shady online seller somewhere in Delhi.

Before you guys jump. Nike never made these and Takumi wore New Balance 574 IIRC.

The overall build and packaging is surprisingly good until you wear and find out it's for some one with flat feet.

I plan to use them as a decor on the shoe stand.

This probably belongs in the anti-showoff thread but it may help more people here.

Rs 174 vs Rs 139, but they're the exact same product — all the way down to components and power consumption. Same return policy, same warranty, same cashback (Rs 30). The only difference is product packaging, the Philips came in a full color box while the other's box had simpler colour printing. Both came with the mounting hardware missing, ha.

Probably the most blatant example of "consumer directly pays for company's marketing" that I've ever seen.

Yesterday was an eye-opening day for me + I was pleasantly surprised. When I used to look at pics like this from official websites + multiple reviews I used to wonder every big TV owner has to either wall mount or buy a long stand cabinet. It is not true, and I found out yesterday when I unboxed this 65".
Pics like this:

4 instead of 2 as always shown in reference pics/videos.
