I had tried myofusion.. But it made my shake too thick for comfort.. So I went back to 100% gold..
<

Thanks for the heads up ... Yaa its almost twice thicker than 100% gold, but its yummy
<
... Got it for 3.1k (5Lb) ; hope its a reasonable price ...

#abhifusion 3.1k is nice price considering the amount of protein it has.. where did u get it from?? there's a shop in kalyani nagar.. its quite good..

have been to nucleus nutrition.. Anuradha Madam there is my dietitian
<

regarding the kalyani nagar shop, the name of the shop is i reckon just shoppe or something.. it is just next to Kalyani restaurant, opposite to gold adlabs.. n regarding the receipt, u will never get one.. these guys have cash transactions and i hardly think they r paying full taxes..
<

I guess then its "Just sports" ... Does they sell cheaper than Nucleus guys ?? I don't like Nucleus guys attitude, as if he is doing a favor by lowering the price
<
... He was quoting 4k for 100% Gold while I bought it for 3.6k from Neulife Store @ FC Road few months back (15% straight discount + additional 5% cash points deposited in your Neulife account and u can redeem them afterwords), sadly they don't stock Gaspari products...

Anuradha madam used to be nutritionist at Air, Aundh; now I don't see her there anymore... How are the results ?? I'm thinking to get a good diet plan soon...

i do not know the price difference between the two.. coz haven't been to nucleus for months.. though i prefer just sports since he stocks many items and everything is almost readily available.. i used to think neulife guys rip u off due to their ridiculous prices.. have to check it out..

205 squat and 255 dl...muahaha

cleans and presses refuse to improve though

starting to mix some bodyweight workouts in there from convict conditioning

Frustrated as haven't gymmed since over 5-6 weeks. Guys whats better than 100% gold but is.priced in the similar range. i am a heafty guy so want something with less carbs and more protein.

^ what rubbish workout
<

For a starter do cardio for 20 minutes atleast. Gradually you can increase it. For weights you can try doing two body parts each day or even one if you are going regularly for a 5 days a week. Do abs and core alternatively.

Yeah have increased both treadmill and cycling to 20 mins each.

I've decided to work out 2 body parts per day as you have mentioned.

235 Squat and 200'ish DL (my grip sucks and using double overhand grip until the the last 2 reps or so). My OHP and BP refuse to improve
<

i use double overhand till 200, hook till 230 and alternate grip after 230lbs

those numbers have been going up slowly since i started hang exercises...hold a pullup bar and keep hanging (suggested in convict conditining 2)....when you can hang for a minute, do a 1 hand hang or towel hang

ohp has been stuck at 100 for a long time

dont bench now because of tendonitis, instead doing the pushup progression from CC, will be starting uneven pushups next week(level 7)

So, i am 19yrs old now and want to join gym because i am getting a tummy as well as extra fat on my cheeks. But there are many doubts which i want to clear before taking a step forward.

1) is it the proper age?

2) are there any side effects of it (body building mainly)?

3) i just want to shape my body(after reducing my fat) and i have heard that they give supplements. Are they helpful and gives long lasting effects without any side effects? I don't want the salman khan type body and six packs. Just a tight skinned body with proper shape.

4) any other suggestions regarding loosing weight fast and the best way out.

1) Yes

2) No if done with care and under supervision.

3) Supplements are used to replenish lost nutrients after exercising. Any good whey protein supplements won't cause harm if taken in moderation.

4) Exercising is the only way to go.

Tryout cardio with Interval Training to loose weight in shorter workouts. Interval training involves alternating segments of high intensity exercise with periods of rest. This allows you to work more in a shorter period of time and it's much more comfortable than spending the entire workout at a high intensity.

Guys, if push ups are the only exercise you can do (me) then how much of it should be done? I like it as it's awesome and not that time consuming and also requires no fuking costly gym membership.

Currently pushing 50 in the morning after waking up and 50 before going to sleep.

This was around 20 morning and 20 before sleeping around 10 days back.

Should i aim for 100 morning and 100 night?

^ I don't think you should do one exercise so frequently. The muscles need time to recover, so doing as many push ups as you can (going to failure) for 2 sets with few mins rest in between, every alternate day would be a good way I guess. I'm not sure though.

I feel that is a lot. I usually do 20*3 if i am not able to go to gym for a long time. I also do free squats.

Even with push ups there are few variants. I do closed grip push ups too.
